The Landlord Registry™ is a unique tool created to benefit both landlords and tenants alike. Landlords, building managers, and property managers owning or managing any number of units are encouraged to register. The Landlord Registry™ was developed by IPOANS, a non-profit association representing the residential rental housing industry in Nova Scotia (https://ipoans.ca).
Getting registered is easy! Landlords simply enroll and then complete the e-learning program focused on the Residential Tenancy Act (RTA) which features a comprehensive knowledge check to secure the I Rent It Right™ competency certificate, which gives you the right to be included the registry. You can now proudly display your Landlord Registry™ digital certificate on your website and rental ads.
