- 1. Where do I locate my I Rent It Right Certificate?
- The I Rent It Right certificate can be found on your Profile page. Click on the badge sign below Certificate located in the Registered Courses box.
- 2. What if my certificate is not showing on my Profile page?

- a) Was the final quiz score 80% or higher?
- In order to receive a certificate, a participant must score 80% or higher on the final quiz. Scoring less than 80% on the final quiz requires the participant to retake the test. A participant has three opportunities to retake the quiz to score 80% or higher.
- b) Were all five I Rent It Right modules fully completed?
- For a participant to receive the certificate, a participant must fully complete all five I Rent it Right modules. If a participant scored 80% or higher in the final quiz but has not fully completed all modules, the certificate will not be issued. A participant must return to the module page and open each module to determine which lesson or lessons were not completed.

- 3. How do I print my Certificate?
- After clicking on the badge sign in the Registered Courses box the Certificate will appear. The certificate can then be printed or downloaded and saved for future printing.
- 4. What is the I Rent It Right Sticker showing in My Profile page?
- A participant scoring 80% or higher receives a HTML code that can be added to a website page. Once the HTML code is added, the sticker will appear on your website as it shown on the profile page.
